Over 430 graduates and currently bootcampers from over 49 programming schools participated in a 2014 industry study meant to analyze positive outcomes of programming bootcamp enrollment and graduation.
Student Demographic Profile
The average bootcamper is about 29 years old, has about 6 years of work experience, with minimum to zero programming experience.

Worth Noting:
- Over 75% of graduates surveyed report being employed in a full-time job which required the knowledge and experience learned at bootcamp.
- Post-bootcamp salary hiked to 44% more than the highest salaried position held before enrollment. This equates to about $25,000 higher salary per year, with higher salary caps.
- Many bootcampers do not have a college degree.
